Ability Tree First Coast believes it's important to promote inclusion in the community, and our Mobile Sensory Unit (MSU) helps
this happen. The Mobile Sensory Unit is a 20-foot trailer converted into an ocean-themed sensory room for families in the community to utilize at community events.

Stop, Drop, & Play
A program that offers parents and caregivers the opportunity to drop off their children (MVPs* and their siblings) for two to three hours of supervised play with Ability Tree staff and volunteers.
Pre-Registration Required.
*MVP = Child or teen with disability
Cost: $5 per child

Kids Ability Camp - First Coast
A one-week recreational and educational summer camp for elementary-aged children with disabilities, in a fun and safe environment. Our recreational activities have educational components and life skills woven into them – so the campers don’t even realize they’re learning or maintaining a skill!
Ages: MVPs and their siblings entering Kindergarten - 3 Grade.
Dates: TBD
Times: Daily 9:00AM – 2:00PM, no extended day

- MVP Rate: $180/session* or $50/day for part time
- Sibling Rate: $165/session or $50/day for part time

Youth Ability Camp - First Coast

PARENT SUPPORT programs

Parent HOPE Support Group
HOPE = Healing, Optimism, Perseverance, Empowerment
A monthly support group for parents of children with disability of all ages. Come be a part of a group that’s walking a similar journey. Laugh together, contemplate together, and grow together.
Who: Parents of children with disability (optional childcare may be provided, click below for more info)
