The MSU is a 20-foot ocean-themed sensory trailer designed to provide a calming and inclusive environment for individuals with varying sensory needs. The MSU will always be staffed and operated by Ability Tree First Coast personnel.
Nonprofit Rate: $100/hr (2-hour minimum)
Standard Rate: $175/hr (2-hour minimum)
3-Hour Package: $475
5-Hour Package: $750
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date.
Final balance is due 7 days before event.
Mileage fees applies of 75c per mile applies for distance beyond 20 miles.

2. Rental Rates & Payment
Nonprofit Rate: $100/hr (2-hour minimum)

3. Scheduling & Cancellation
• First-come, first-served reservations
• 14+ days: full refund
• Under 14 days: deposit forfeited
• Weather/emergency cancellations may be rescheduled
4. User Requirements
• Level 25-ft parking space
• Electric hookup required (120V)
• Clear access for towing vehicle
• One on-site contact person
• No food, drinks, or sharp objects inside
• Report any damage or incidents immediately
5. Provider Responsibilities
• Deliver, set up, staff, and operate the MSU
• Ensure MSU is cleaned and sanitized
• Provide reasonable safety and accessibility accommodations
6. Liability & Insurance
User is responsible for participant conduct. Provider carries liability insurance for the MSU. User agrees to hold
Ability Tree First Coast harmless from claims arising from misuse or negligence.
7. Damage & Cleaning
User is responsible for excessive cleaning or any damage beyond normal use.
8. Sponsorship & Multi-Event Packages
Annual packages, recurring events, and sponsorships are available upon request.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Florida law.
By signing below, I acknowledge I have read the Mobile Sensory Unit Use Agreement, and I agree to all the terms expressed within it.
